Russian King Crab fished in the Bering Sea and the Sea of Okhotsk, is one of the most delicious and extraordinary crustaceans to be served. One of the most desirable treasures of the sea is also one of the most difficult to obtain, one of the most remarkable and surprising to be served given its exquisiteness and delicacy. The meat obtained from the leg and pincer has a naturally unmatched sweet flavor and rich, tender texture. It truly deserves to be named – King Crab. King crab meat is helpful to people with the thyroid gland diseases due to high iodine content, which is also useful for the brain. Iodine is not produced in the human body, and it comes only from the outside sources. Artificially iodinated products (milk, salt, bread) break down quickly in contact with oxygen and sunlight, and crab meat contains natural iodine, resistant to environmental factors.
